Can the doors be customized with a name?

Of course, when choosing your door there is the option to add your name.
Can you make special designs?

Yes of course we can make special designs. The steps to follow are very easy. Send us an email at toothfairy@thewondrfuldoor.com Tell us about your idea. When we are sure that we can do what you have in mind, we will send you the price and if you agree, we will send a link to make the payment. Special designs may take longer to produce.
Can I receive a certificate for my tooth?

Of course, you can include it in your purchase and it will arrive with your door.
Can I receive a letter by mail from my Tooth Fairy or my Special Friend?

I am sure that writing you a letter will be something wonderful for your Tooth Fairy or any friend. After purchasing your door send us an email to toothfairy@thewonderfuldoor.com and let us know that you want a letter from the Tooth Fairy. As you know, this process can take a couple of weeks because the post office takes time to deliver our letters, the good news is that it's completely free and if you're too far away from us, we'll make sure you at least get one very special email.
Are there returns?

We like to work very hard to make sure you like our products, but "things happen" and if you need a return these are the steps 1- Contact us at our email hellotoothfairy@thewonderfuldoor.com and explain your situation. Our first objective is to help you and try to find a solution, if after that you still require the return of your money you should keep in mind the following: To be eligible for a refund, The Wonderful Door Kit must be complete, unused, and in the original packaging. We will need the order number and all contact information (name and email) Refunds will only be for the price of the Kit or the object that you want to return. The cost of the shipping of returning unwanted object will bebuyer's responsibility. The refund time may vary depending on the location. Returned items that do not reach our hands or are lost in transitthey will not be refunded.
How long does it take to get my door ready?

It will take us 4 to 5 business days to have it ready. When we leave your Wonderful Door at the Post Office, we will send you the Tracking Number via email. Shipping to the US takes about 4 to 5 days. Outside the USA the delivery time may vary as well as on holidays
Will my door be exactly as it looks in the photo?

Your door may vary from the photo. Keep in mind that each door is handmade and small details can be a little different, but we will always try to make it as similar to the photo.
Are these doors a toy?

No, they are not a toy. They are fragile and contain small parts that can be dangerous for children under 8 years old. We always suggest adult supervision
